Every day we are asked: “Why Triton HR? Why should we consider your company?” For over 25 years, I have worked for or lead national payroll and HR firms. Prior to launching Triton HR in 2008, I closely reviewed which practices had worked well in the past and then identified those processes that didn’t meet my expectations. I listened to my clients to better understand their needs and which methods made them happiest. I built a business model that combined my personal wish list with my clients’. The model is based on the following four principles:

- Building an efficient, responsive and dedicated customer service team that is directly responsible for our clients’ success
