This reference letter provides documentation of the high-level of customer satisfaction my company has experienced since
partnering with Triton for insurance and human resource services. After becoming increasingly dissatisfied with our previous agency, we selected Triton from several candidates, and continue to use them, for the following reasons:

Strong administrative support has been provided by Triton during our annual open enrollment and throughout the remainder of the year. Many insurance agents’ administrative departments can not support the promises made by their sales staff which in turn places an undue burden or additional costs on the client. Our company unfortunately experienced frequent billing errors, were forced to make the same requests numerous times and were constantly correcting errors involving employee’s coverage and pay when we were with a much larger agency.

 Steve Rosenthal - CEO
Steve is one of the most widely recognized leaders in the payroll, benefits and human resource industry. In 2008 Steve’s vision and leadership launched his 3rd successful Payroll and Human Resource Outsourcing Company; Triton HR. Triton has become an instant success overnight with its unique approach to HR Outsourcing. In 2007 he was named Human Resource Outsourcing (HRO) Superstar for the third consecutive year by HRO Today. Prior to becoming CEO of Triton, Rosenthal was the CEO and pioneer of CheckPoint HR, which was built on the concept of empowering an HR Department with self-service tools. Triton is built on the same premise but uses the latest technologies, which enables Human Resource Departments to run more efficiently with a total end-to-end human resource solution. Rosenthal previously served as Chairman of EPIX of what became under his leadership, one of the largest human resources outsourcing companies in the country. In 2000 Fortune Magazine ranked EPIX one of the largest private Fortune 100 companies in the United States. Steve began his career at Automatic Data Processing as an intern and later became a District Manager. Steve graduated from Fairleigh Dickenson University and earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management.

 Artie Hoffman – Sales Partner
Recognizing an unmet need of professional payroll tax, benefits, and HR management outsourcing industry, Artie helped launch Triton HR and joined the Triton HR Leadership Team to bridge the gap between small to medium size business owners seeking to retain financial viability and their need to provide competitive employee benefits packages to attract and retain quality employees. Artie has devoted more than 15 years to building business relationships through exemplary customer service in the professional benefits, payroll tax, and HR management outsourcing and insurance agency industries. Artie managed the South Florida operation for CheckPoint HR and its leadership team of benefits, payroll tax, and insurance agency professionals.
Prior to CheckPoint HR, Artie managed the Fort Lauderdale office for EPIX, a professional benefits, payroll tax, insurance agency, and HR management outsourcing company. Under his leadership as a regional sales director, his office generated more than $80 million dollars in annual sales. Prior to EPIX, Artie served as a vice president for Barclays Bank in New York. Artie graduated from Rutgers University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting.

 Marv Tauber - Director of Operations
Marv has been an active leader in the Payroll Industry for over 25 years. He has developed payroll/ billing systems and operations for many large organizations. Marv developed the Payroll System and Managed Operations for EPIX, a PEO located in Woodbridge, NJ. Marv was responsible for over 60,000 worksite employees being paid, which consisted of producing over 30,000 weekly checks for more than 4000 clients. Marv is a graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with degrees in Chemical Engineering and Economics.
