This reference letter provides documentation of the high-level of customer satisfaction my company has experienced since partnering with Triton for insurance and human resource services. After becoming increasingly dissatisfied with our previous agency, we selected Triton from several candidates, and continue to use them, for the following reasons:

Tony Arcaro benefit administrationTony Arcaro Sr., President

Prior to joining the Triton HR Leadership Team, Tony founded AAA Benefit Solutions and CheckPoint HR. Tony served as senior vice president of sales at EPIX, a professional benefits, payroll tax, and human resource management company. Under Tony’s leadership, EPIX grew from less than 30,000 employees to more than 50,000. Tony founded Employee Management International (EMI), a professional benefits, payroll tax, and human resource management company in Bradenton, Florida and, while serving as its president, expanded the company by adding three additional sales offices in Florida. Tony was formerly the sales manager for Automatic Data Processing (ADP) and served as president of Electronic Accounting Systems (EAS), a professional payroll tax and benefits provider. Tony attended Rutgers University and Bloomfield College majoring in business. He served as a medic in the U.S. Army, stationed at West Point Military Academy.

Tony Jr. has twelve years experience as an insurance agency,  payroll tax, and benefits professional. Prior to joining the Triton HR Leadership Team, Tony opened CheckPoint HR, (now named Triton HR), in 2002. Tony was formerly a sales manager for EPIX, a professional payroll tax, benefits, and human resource management company based in Tampa, Florida. As part of the EPIX Leadership Team, Tony managed six sales offices in Florida with a total of 30 district managers and sales representatives reporting to him. Tony was formerly an award-winning producer for both EMI, a professional benefits, payroll tax, and human resource management company, and EPIX.

Tony earned a Bachelor of Design from the University of Florida and graduated summa cum laude with a Master of Architecture from Catholic University of America. From 1993 through 1996, Tony was an architect at Travis Price Architects, a contemporary design firm in Washington D.C.

John brings 13 years of insurance agency and professional payroll tax, benefits and HR management outsourcing experience to Triton HR. Prior to joining the benefits professionals on theTriton HR Leadership Team, John was a regional sales executive for EPIX Holdings Corporation in Tampa, Florida. John’s career began as an award-winning sales representative for both EMI and EPIX, a professional benefits, payroll tax, and human resource management company. John then entered professional payroll tax, benefits and HR sales management, where he was responsible for opening offices in Fort Myers, Miami, Dallas, and Houston markets. Under John’s professional benefits, payroll tax, and human resources management leadership, his Florida and Texas regions were the top revenue producing regions for EPIX. Prior to joining the EPIX leadership team, John was a district manager for Automatic Data Processing (ADP). John graduated with a bachelor’s degree in marketing and financial management from Upper Iowa University.

Monika has nine years of insurance agency and professional payroll tax, benefits, and HR management outsourcing experience. Prior to joining the Triton HR Leadership Team, Monika worked in information technology for Payroll Transfers, Inc. When Payroll Transfers acquired EMI, a professional benefits, payroll tax, and human resource management company, and formed EPIX Holdings, Monika worked as a programmer and business analyst. She left EPIX, a professional benefits, payroll tax, and HR management company, as a quality assurance business analyst working on software enhancement testing and implementation to join the CheckPoint HR Leadership Team (now named Triton HR). Under Monika’s leadership, her department managed the transition of CheckPoint HR payroll processing and distribution from its New Jersey headquarters to our processing office in Florida. As part of the Triton HR Leadership Team, Monika is responsible for the conversion to Triton HR’s new technology platform, new client implementations, and everyday client services. Monika earned a Bachelor of Science in engineering from Virginia Tech.

Recognizing an unmet need of professional payroll tax, benefits, and HR management outsourcing industry, Artie helped launch Triton HR and joined the Triton HR Leadership Team to bridge the gap between small to medium size business owners seeking to retain financial viability and their need to provide competitive employee benefits packages to attract and retain quality employees. Artie has devoted more than 15 years to building business relationships through exemplary customer service in the professional benefits, payroll tax, and HR management outsourcing and insurance agency industries. Artie managed the South Florida operation for CheckPoint HR and its leadership team of benefits, payroll tax, and insurance agency professionals.

Prior to CheckPoint HR, Artie managed the Fort Lauderdale office for EPIX, a professional benefits, payroll tax, insurance agency, and HR management outsourcing company. Under his leadership as a regional sales director, his office generated more than $80 million dollars in annual sales. Prior to EPIX, Artie served as a vice president for Barclays Bank in New York. Artie graduated from Rutgers University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting.

Patty brings eleven years of accounting management experience to the Triton HR Leadership Team. Prior to joining the insurance agency and benefits professionals at Triton HR, Patty held various positions in the golf, restaurant, eye care management, and Internet marketing industries. From a staff accountant position in the golf industry to management in the eye care industry, Patty has proven herself to be results-oriented professional with a strong commitment to customer service and support. Patty formerly worked as a division controller for Jordan, Nicholas, Elliott Inc, a Papa John’s Pizza franchise. Prior to joining the benefits professionals on the Triton HR Leadership Team, Patty was an assistant controller for Think Partnership. Patty is currently leading Triton HR’s accounting transition to a new technology platform. She has earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin and has passed the Georgia CPA exam.
